Give us a heads up! Notify Ash & Arrow via email at ashandarrowboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. This lets us know that the item didn't work for you and why. Please include your invoice number as well.

We'll give you an a-ok! A reply email will be sent by Ash & Arrow giving you the go-ahead to send it back. The item(s) should then be postmarked within 7 days of receiving that email. Easy peasy!
Refund will not be issued but you will receive store credit.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition and tags attached.
Because someone else is surely going to scoop up this item it must not be worn or washed and must be free of stains and scents (i.e.- perfume, etc.).
Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be included in the refund.
If you would like to return in person we will need to schedule a time within the 14-day return window. Because there can sometimes be a little hitch in the shipping giddy-up, we do recommend you get a tracking number for your return package.
One last note, Final Sale items are not eligible for return. But that’s ok, you’re not going to want to give up an amazing deal like that.
